Sesame Green Beans

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 C chicken broth (try water?)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brags amino acid
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (skip)
  • 2 lbs frozen or fresh green beans cooked according to directions
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  1. In a small saucepan, heat oil over med-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and cook 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in broth, sesame oil, & brags; bring to a boil.
  4. In a small bowl dissolve cornstarch in 1Tbsp of water.
  5. Whisk into boiling broth & cook, whisking for 1 minute
  6. Pour over cooked green beans and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
